Mustagh Tower, also known as Muztagh Tower, is a mountain
located in the Baltoro Muztagh subrange of the Karakoram range in the Northern
Areas of Pakistan. It is the second highest peak of the subrange, with an
elevation of 7,276 meters (23,854 feet).
The first ascent of Mustagh Tower was made in 1956 by a team
of climbers from Great Britain. Since then, the mountain has been climbed
several times by various international expeditions.
Mustagh Tower is known for its steep and technical climbing
routes, which require advanced mountaineering skills and experience. The
mountain is popular among experienced climbers who are looking for a
challenging and rewarding climbing experience in the Karakoram range.
