Broad Peak is known as the fourth highest peak in Pakistan. It is one of the 12th highest mountains in the world. Kuanfeng is 8051 meters above sea level. Locals call it Falchan Kangri, which means Broad Peak. The ascent of this giant mountain took place between June 8 and 9, 1957.

He was conducted by Hermann Buhal, Marcus Schmuck, Fritz Wintersteller and Kurt Diemberger. When it comes to climbing or hiking, Broad Peak is the easiest. Many international climbers choose this peak to practice climbing. Then they ascended K2, the second highest mountain in the world. The reason behind is that the distance between base camp of Broad peak and K2 is only 90 minutes.
